Trolley Frames
Summary:
AMICON has manufactured Trolley Frames. The steel Trolley Frames will be used in “Pipe Handling Gantry Cranes”. In total AMICON manufactured a number of 4 frames.
Specificaties:
Material: S355J2+N including 100% traceability; Coating system C5M 3-layers; Manufacturing according to EN 1090-2 EXC3; Notified body: Lloyds Register
Manufacturing and on site machining:
The Trolley frames are completely fitted and welded in our factory in Winsum. Because the main construction is too large for regular road transport, the frames are on site machined in our factory. After control on quality, welding and dimensions, the frames were transported to the coater at night by special transport.
Coating:
The Trolley Frames are sand blasted to SA 2.5 and provided with a C5M 3-layer coating system. The machined surfaces are protected during coating and afterwards provided with a protective layer of tectyl.
Speciaal transport:
The Trolley Frames were first transported to the coater by special transport. This transport took place at night. After coating, the Trolley Frames were transported to their destination on the deck of a cargo ship.
