Coating & surface treatment
AMICON is taking care of the coating of their manufactured products. The products can be blasted in a shot blasting machine or by hand. After blasting, the products will be coated by using a multi-layer coating system. We work together with various coating suppliers such as Zandleven, International and Hempel. In consultation with our suppliers we choose the best solution for every application. The quality of the coating is secured by our own QA/QC departement. We have our own NACE (level 1, 2 and 3) inspectors who monitor the whole coating process from A to Z in accordance with an ITP, and make adjustments if needed.
Powder coating is also an option for your products. The powder coating of steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium is carried out in accordance with the guidelines ‘Praktijkrichtlijn Poeder & Natlak op Zink’ and ‘Qualisteelcoat.’
