Welding & construction
AMICON has an experienced welding and construction departement. We have the following welding procedures in-house:
Our welding methods are certified in accordance with EN-ISO 15614, the welders are certified in accordance with EN-ISO 9606. Our internal FPC system is certified in accordance with EN 1090 and is based on the EN-ISO 3834-2. The welds and welders are fully traceable at all stages of production.
All production equipment (including welding equipment) is calibrated and NEN 3140 tested. AMICON works with responsible welding coordinators with IWT and VTw-2 certificates.
AMICON fabricates both small and large, complex construction parts and machines. The fabrication and welding of high-quality metal parts and machines has become a specialty within our company. AMICON works in accordance with various standards, quality marks and requirements from classification societies such as: Euronormen, ASME, AWS, Lloyds register, DNV-GL and TUV.
