Internal Platforms
Summary:
AMICON is fully responsible for the entire supply of all necessary internal platforms for Windpark Fryslân. Windpark Fryslân is a wind farm located in the IJsselmeer. 89 wind turbines will be installed in the park, with each turbine provided with an internal platform. The park will be able to supply +/- 500,000 households with electricity. AMICON has played a major role in the development of this product in this project. Our engineering has developed a fully customised product for this project.

Specifications:
Number of platforms: 89 + 1 mock-up
Main structure material: S355J2 + N
Material various parts: Aluminium ladder, plastic grids, stainless steel grounding lugs.
Manufactured according to EN 1090-2 EXC2
Assembly:
The complete internal platform is assembled at our location in Franeker. The parts are delivered conserved and built into one whole onsite. After the structure has been completely assembled, the cable trays, earth cables, platforms and ladders will be installed and the platforms will be tested in the presence of the customer.
Transport:
In addition to manufacturing and assembly, AMICON provides all of the transport, by water, of the internal platforms. The internal platforms will be loaded at the quay in Franeker and shipped to the Windpark by means of pontoons in combination with pushers (DAP = Delivery At Place).
