Offshore hatches

Summary:
AMICON delivered three hatches. The hatches are intended for the offshore industry and are mounted in a cable-laying vessel. The hatches are built according to class DNV-GL. All welding work is carried out according to European standard EN-ISO 15614-1. NDT consists of magnetic and US research.

Specifications: 
Material: S355 AH36 and Grade A
Standard / Nobo: DNV-GL
All material has 3.2 certification
Surface treatment on the structure: Blasting + primer
Surface treatment on the cleat system: Hot dip galvanized ISO 1461

Finishing:
AMICON also took care of the installation of the locking system, insulation, hydraulic and electrical installation.
