A-Frame

Summary: 
We mounted an A-frame on board the Survey Vessel Geo Ranger. The A-frame will serve to transfer equipment for soil measurement and research. AMICON took care of the entire development and engineering of the A-frame.

Coating according to Sigma 3-layer system
Maximum lifting capacity: 8 tonnes
Driven by hydraulic cylinders and winch

Assembly:
AMICON mounted the complete A-frame on the ship. The foundations for the A-frame were also supplied by AMICON. The pivot points of the A-frame have been developed completely maintenance-free.

Engineering:
The entire product development and engineering of the A-frame was provided in-house by AMICON. Both the structure and the system were developed based on customer specific wishes.
