104 x Platform Arches

Summary:

A new train station was built in the Norwegian village of Holmestrand. The train station is built into a mountain. AMICON made the “platform arches” for this station. These are made entirely of corten steel. All material is cut from blasted sheet.

Surface treatment:

All platform arches are finished with scotch brite in order to obtain an even rust-coloured surface. Afterwards, all arches were provided with a clear owatrol varnish.
