Essenburgsingel pumping station
Summary:
AMICON built a 3D-moulded pumping station for the municipality of Rotterdam. The design of the pumping station is compact, robust and autonomous. The different parts are integrated into one main shape: a water drop. The pumping station contains various mechanical components such as the movable wing and a wicket door.
Specifications:
Material: Steel S355
Coating: 3-layer C5M system
Manufactured according to EN 1090-2 EXC2.
Assembly:
It is divided into four parts. Two outer shells, the roof structure and a movable door. This makes it completely transportable and assembled in Rotterdam. The connecting seams were filled flat and coated on site.
