Aluminium Wave

Summary:
In 2017, AMICON supplied an aluminium “wave” for the Belgian company Wolf Oil Corporation. Architect of the wave is Cosmas Design Harderwijk.
The wave runs both outside and inside the building. The entire structure consists of 20 sections and covers a total of 400 m² of non-directional vibrated aluminium sheets. A slot is provided along the edges of the wave in which an LED light is installed.

Assembly:
AMICON took care of the installation of the facade cladding both inside and outside. The facade is partly anchored in the natural stone wall and in the underlying steel structure. The installation inside is done with steel cables and tensioners.
